By downloading, installing, or using GoScene ("the App," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). GoScene is owned and operated by SatoriWave AI ("we," "us," "our").
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use GoScene. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.
2. Eligibility
To use GoScene, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
If you are under 18, you may use GoScene only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
You may create an account using:
- Sign in with Apple
- Sign in with Google
- Email and password registration
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
4. Service Description
GoScene is an AI-powered mobile application that:
- Transforms photos by compositing users into selected location backgrounds
- Uses artificial intelligence for image generation and processing
- Provides location search and selection features
- Offers credit-based and subscription access models
4.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Technical issues or outages
- Force majeure events
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use GoScene for:
- Personal, non-commercial image creation
- Social media sharing of generated content
- Personal entertainment and creative expression
5.2 Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to use GoScene to:
- Create harmful content - including but not limited to content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or promotes violence
- Generate illegal content - child exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that violates any laws
- Impersonate others - create images intended to deceive others about someone's identity or actions
- Spread misinformation - create fake news, fraudulent documentation, or misleading content
- Infringe intellectual property - use copyrighted materials without authorization
- Commercial exploitation - sell, license, or commercially use generated images without proper authorization
- Circumvent security - attempt to bypass content filters, credit systems, or security measures
- Abuse the platform - use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
Zero Tolerance: Violations of prohibited use policies may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of credits, and reporting to appropriate authorities.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
GoScene, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by SatoriWave AI. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the software
- Use our trademarks without permission
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of photos you upload to GoScene. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of providing our Service.
7. Credits and Subscriptions
7.1 Credit System
- Each image generation consumes 1 credit
- New users receive 3 free credits
- Additional credits can be purchased or earned through referrals
- Purchased credit packs do not expire
7.2 Subscriptions
Subscription plans (Plus and Pro) provide:
- Monthly credit allowances
- Rollover credits (up to plan limits)
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled
7.3 Payments and Refunds
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment terms and refund policies are governed by Apple's terms of service. We do not offer refunds for:
- Used credits
- Partially used subscription periods
- Account terminations due to Terms violations
7.4 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Generated Content Rights
8.1 License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, personal license to use images generated through GoScene for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8.2 Commercial Use
Commercial use of generated images requires a separate commercial license. Contact us at goscene@satoriwave.ai.vn for licensing inquiries.
8.3 AI Disclosure
When sharing generated images, especially on social media or in contexts where authenticity matters, we encourage you to disclose that the image was created using AI technology.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee:
- The quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated images
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That generated content will meet your expectations
- Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for damages arising from your use of generated content
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Use
- Engage in prohibited activities
- Fail to pay for subscription services
- Create risk or legal exposure for us
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will end
- Unused credits may be forfeited
- Generated images in your history will be deleted
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:
- In-app notifications
- Email notice (for significant changes)
- Updated "Last Updated" date
Continued use of GoScene after changes indicates acceptance of the modified Terms.
