GoScene is an AI-powered app that transforms your photos by placing you at any location in the world. Simply upload a photo of yourself, choose a destination, and our advanced AI will generate a realistic composite image of you at that location.

1. Open GoScene and tap "Create"
2. Upload a clear photo of yourself
3. Search and select your desired location
4. Wait for the AI to generate your image
5. Save and share your creation!

For best results, use photos with:
• Clear, well-lit faces
• Simple or solid backgrounds
• Full body or upper body shots
• Good resolution (not blurry)
Avoid group photos or images where you're partially hidden.

Each image generation costs 1 credit. New users receive 3 free credits to get started. You can purchase credit packs or subscribe to our Plus or Pro plans for monthly credit allowances.

GoScene Plus ($9.99/month or $59.99/year):
• 20 credits per month
• Up to 40 credits rollover

GoScene Pro ($19.99/month or $119.99/year):
• 50 credits per month
• Up to 100 credits rollover
• Priority processing

Purchased credit packs never expire. Subscription credits roll over month-to-month up to your plan's limit.

Most images are generated within 30-60 seconds. During peak times, it may take slightly longer. Pro subscribers enjoy priority processing for faster results.

AI generation can vary. If you're not satisfied, you can try again with a different photo or adjust your source image. Make sure your source photo meets our guidelines for best results. We continually improve our AI to deliver better quality.

Images created with GoScene are for personal use. Commercial use requires a separate license. Please contact us at goscene@satoriwave.ai.vn for commercial licensing inquiries.

We take privacy seriously. When you generate an image, your uploaded photo and location information are sent to Google's Gemini AI service for processing. Your original photo is not permanently stored on any server after generation is complete. Generated images are stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

When you generate an image, the following data is sent to Google's Gemini AI:
1. Your uploaded photo - compressed to JPEG format before sending
2. Location information - the name and coordinates of your selected destination
3. Style preferences - photography style, camera angle, and framing

Your name, email, account details, and device information are not sent to the AI service. The app asks for your explicit permission before sending any data for the first time.

GoScene processes face data in two ways:

1. On-device face detection: When you upload a photo, the app uses Apple's Vision framework to detect if a face is present. This happens entirely on your device - no data leaves your phone for this step.

2. AI image generation: Your uploaded photo (which may include your face) is sent to Google's Gemini AI service to generate your travel photo. The AI uses the visual appearance in your photo to create a realistic composite image.

No facial recognition or biometric data is extracted or stored. The app does not identify you or create face templates. Your photo is processed temporarily for generation purposes only.

Yes, you can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data, generated images, and account information from our systems.

Generation can fail due to:
• Poor quality source image
• Network connectivity issues
• Server overload during peak times
Your credit is not deducted for failed generations. Please try again with a clearer photo.

Try these steps:
1. Pull down to refresh your credits
2. Go to Settings → Account → Restore Purchases
3. Restart the app
If credits still don't appear, contact support with your purchase receipt.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store:
1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select GoScene and tap Cancel Subscription
You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
